Sting 18 Black player Libby Woodford is heading to Northern Michigan University in 2010 on an academic scholarship.

NMU (Frightening) Fun Facts:

  • Halvorsen Hall Rm. 304 is said to be haunted. They say a student once hung himself in that room.
  • A custodian named "Perry" has been seen walking around several buildings. Perry apparently passed away in an elevator of a heart attack in the 60's.
  • Congratulations, Libby! We are proud of you.

UtahBecca Fuchs is going full circle and heading back to Utah in 2011! The Milwaukee Sting 17 Gold OH moved from Utah and joined the Sting family during the 2006/2007 season. Becca has verbally committed to the University of Utah for her post high school volleyball career. Becca's older brother Phil attends BYU and is currently working with an LDS Mission in Samoa, giving him the season off. He will be back on the roster next season when he returns to BYU. Becca is bucking the BYU trend as both her mother and father also attended BYU. Becca will now establish the Fuchs name at Utah. Rumor has it Melissa (Sissa) may buck the trend even further by running away with a circus come her senior year. We'll keep you posted.... Congratulations, Becca! It's been fun watching you grow! We are extremely proud of you.
